MOST RUDE Unhappy miserable women work there, wearing poor old clothes and then all of them with the exception of the woman at the door treat customers like the junk they sell. READ ALL reviews about RUDE STAFF. DO NOT BUY there because it's old and the store is a glorified dollar store and DO NOT SELL because the rude women including the owner don't deserve a penny - DONATE TO A WORTHY CAUSE and write it off on your taxes. They don't need to be paid to be NASTY, UNHAPPY and RUDE.

Extremely rude employees , merchandise is well overpriced to pay for location I presume. Really did not like this place at all as a buyer however I have not tried to sell with them . After a few bad experiences as a buyer by would I try and sell there

Have you been to the new store Style In The City off of Burke street ,try going there friendly customer service ,name brand clothing ,and beautiful Jewelry for great prices they also carry antiques,children clothing ,women's clothing ,shoes,Jewelry I love this place they just opened recently so I can not wait till they get everything put out and they have there grand opening

etc. consignment shoppe rocks!!. The staff is always nice and considerate, especially when I was there at a time when I was not in my best frame of mind following a death in the family, they made me feel better and my shopping experience was the best!

This consignment shop is terrible from both a buyer's and seller's perspective. I recieved almost no money for brand name clothing (Seven for all mankind and Joe's jeans, pea in the pod maternity, etc.). Then as a shopper, the clothes are overpriced for their condition and quality. Also, the ladies who work there are rude and snobbish. I will never go back. Worst Winston-Salem business I have experienced.

Prices very high! Every time I go there, the clothes are not in the best condition and the prices are sky high!

They can move (sell) clothes very well; however, their customer service is severly lacking.

Some of the items I took in for consignment got "lost". I never received anything for them! They just disappeared! I live out of town now but still go there occasionally. The sales associates are so snobby! You'd think you was in an exclusive high end store and no one wants to take the time to be bothered with waiting on you. What's up with that? I have been going there for many, many years (like I said, occasionally) and I always end up asking myself - WHY? My daughter and myself were both treated like they didn't need OUR business!
