They close up before the time they are suppose to close, like an HOUR before.
They do NOT have their hours posted! They also will LOCK your storage unit even if you are a few days late and then charge you a 10 dollar late fee. I was 3 days late and they locked my storage unit and refused to unlock it until it was paid in full. And I had already contacted them and told them I would be late and they said don't worry about it, you're fine. We only lock people out after a full month of being late. I was 3 days late!!!
They did the same thing to a friend of mine and then not even before the month was up they auctioned his unit off. Thank God that his cousin bought his unit and gave everything back to him.
I tried to find out who Owned the place and they refuse to give out that information!
VERY Shady, very Unprofessional!
