What an awful company. After dealing with incredibly lazy operators for years, we had an even more infuriating experience with the office man. We had a small amount of sheet rock inside the trash can and these people stopped our trash service for three weeks with no explanation. We had to call to find out why they wouldn't pick up our trash and the brilliant mind at the office kept telling us that "our remodel" required us to rent a dumpster. We told them we weren't doing a remodel and that the sheetrock was just a bit that was left over from a simple home improvement project. He just kept repeating these same dumb lines over and over again. After the fifth time hearing about "our remodel", I gave up on trying to reason with this guy and I told him the sheetrock would be gone on trash day and to please pick up our trash. He said that he would "take us off the list" and that the trash would be gone on trash day. Today was trash day. Surprise surprise, trash is still here.
