At first the business was very proffessional. The girl that came to spray was very professional, her brother however was not at all. I was always afraid he was going to damage or steal something. He didn't seem like he cared very much and when I watched him spray outside he would do a hurry up job and wouldnt spray around my dogs house even when I asked. I never had issues with the girl. Anyways some of my private information as a customer was discussed with another customer down the road from myself and caused a big issue. He suggested his personal opinion about the matter without anyone asking. When I called the main desk to complain about my issue she didn't listen to a word I had said and when I told her that Its not okay to be discussing anyone's private information with other customers she argued with me. Currently I have no service and when I called back six months later because they had canceled my service without telling me she began to bring up the issue with her son. I told her all I wanted was to be serviced and that he not service my house just his sister and she refused. Bottom line is, If you have a problem with the staff they wont service you regardless of wrather they were wrong because they are family operated. And when I was serviced my bug issues went away for about a quarter of a month and then I would have more issues. I dont feel it was worth 40 dollars a month when I wasnt respected as a customer by the brother or mother and when it didnt completely solve my bug problems.
