We reserved a 15-passenger van for our wedding. We ended up having to change the ceremony site 2 weeks before the wedding, so we no longer needed the van for transportation. Winona Leasing not only refused to accept the cancellation (5-days prior), but they charged our account right in front of us after we notified them of the cancellation. We asked for proof of a cancellation policy and they could not show us any such material.
