Provided by YP.comThis Post Office actions is rediculous. How do you deliver mail and don't pay attention to peoples names. Tod and Tom sound similar but are two different people. Then when you make a mistake, acknowledge it and try to correct it instead of getting an attitude and trying to put the blame on someone else. Careless actions results in the delay of delivery of individuals mail.
