Worst customer service you will ever experience. All this company cares about is getting money from you. DO NOT USE FOR WORKMENS COMP INSURANCE!!!! If they are in the wrong doing they will never admit it. We cancelled our services with them 2 years ago. I was told by THEIR EMPLOYEE that I did everything I needed to do to cancel my policy and everything was taken care of. a year and a half later I receive a random bill in the mail that I owe them $800 for the previous year when we had cancelled the insurance. I was told when I called to question it and tell them it was a mistake that the employee that cancelled my services was fired for failing a drug test. Ok so thats the companys fault not mine, yet still they demanded that I not only pay the premium but also $550 in fees for the ENTIRE YEAR. When I was already with another workmens comp company for that year!! There was no sympathy in anything that their company had done to me. Just you owe the money and you have to pay it or we are reporting you to the credit burreau. We had been with this company for almost 10 years they kept raising the premiums for no reason and the whole reason we cancelled in the first place was bc they raised it the coming year $200 when we never filed a single claim in the 8 years with them!! They are scamming people for money and I have reported them to the Insurance comissioners office. I now pay wayyyy less with a way better company with much better customer service then these rude employees and manager. BEWARE you do not want to work with this company and if you do make sure you record EVERY phone call and get EVERYTHING in writing. That was my mistake that cost me $1200. Also be aware they are NOT a BBB credited company and they will refuse to respond to the BBB. Thanks Timbermen for taking my families hard earned money because of a mistake your employee made!!!
