Avoid at all cost. I lost $100 on a tool repair because he changed the deal after the repair. Ripoff. I was a loyal customer.

My lawn trimmer needed work on its gas tank. B&R had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. Friendly & competent!

RIPOFF ARTISTS

Took Honeywell generator in for repair - no electrical output. Under warranty. B&R owner refused to honor warranty. Then charged $40 for inspection. Claimed no electric output because "dirty" oil and "dirty" carb. Already out $40 so said clean. After "cleaning" still no electrical output. Owner now demanded $160 more to "fix" electrical problem with a "part" he assured only he could get. Owner and his mechanic got very rude. Taking to Small Claims court. Complained to Honeywell.

I have been to almost every mower shop in the Valley, and B&R Lawnmower is by far the best shop out there. I recently took in my mower and trimmer to them to get fixed. They repaired them fast, and did it at a great price! You guys are great! thanks for all your help!
