Bobs Auto Repair is the one shop I trusted to take my classic 1991 Alfa Romero Spider too!! The service was excellent ..Bob is an expert who cares!! My car is fully restored to its original power and beauty .. I plan to use Bob for all of my other everyday cars. What a true please it is to find an honest dedicated professional who you can trust!! Can't say enough good things about Bob and Bobs Auto Repaurs in Webatuck NY.. What a gem -what a find .. Go see Bob you will not be disappointed ..this is service unlike dealers Thanks Bob

I bought a 2001 Saturn L2 from Bob in the beginning of 2014. About six months later I was having some problems with my right front wheel. I took my car back to Bob to have him fix it. He replaced the passenger wheel bearing, outer tie rod, and CV Boot and alignment for 708.85. Six months went by and I needed new tires. I had Mavis install 4 new Michelin Defenders. When I took the car in to have the tires installed they had to redo the alignment stating that "the alignment was way off". I am the sole driver of the car and know that there was nothing done with the car that would compromise the alignment. I.E Pot holes, curbs, ect. This past month (11 months after Bob did his initial wheel work) I took my car back to Mavis for a routine rotation. Mavis told me that they could not do the rotation because the front right wheel was ready to fall off the car. The mechanic took me out into the garage and showed me the play in the wheel. The exact same wheel Bob had done the work on. The Boot was ripped in half. You could literally move the tire in and out and see that it was ready to fall off. So I had Mavis do the repair. They had to replace every single part that Bob had initially replaced. Luckily they did it for $200.00 less and they warrantied their work. I am surprised that a business that claims to perform "High Quality service and repairs" would perform such shoddy and poorly done work at the price they charged. I would not recommend taking my car to have repairs done at Bob's auto Repairs and I would certainly advise you that you will find more qualified and professional workmanship elsewhere. I don't mind paying higher prices for things. But as I stated before the amount that I paid and the quality of the parts and workmanship do not pay off. Its no wonder people are always able to get appointments done on short notice. Maybe there should be more time spent on doing the work right the first time. I do not recommend Bob's Auto Repair in WIngdale, NY to anyone anymore.
