Do not send your child to this daycare. I would not even rate it one star. I had to in order to write this review. This facility is not clean, it is not safe, it has very unprofessional employees and they lack the simple skills of communication. They do not know what is the proper "accident" or "emergency" that is needed to have a phone call made to the parents. They will know that your child has a fever and not call you, but wait for you to pick them up to say something. Your child WILL be bit by some child who they decide to keep in their program after MULTIPLE bitings. Do not think that they will call you to inform you that your child was bit, because they won't until you show up at the end of the day and see your child's arm/hand/leg bruised with a full bite mark. They will not call or inform you face to face when the facility goes into lockdown with police, instead they will send it home in your child's daily sheet. The facility itself is NOT clean. Shoes are worn inside, they don't remove their shoes nor do they remove the child's shoes and they allow parents to walk freely all over whee your children are playing. They do not use a changing pad nor do they use a sanitizing napkin while changing the children's diapers. They do not disinfect the counter they change them, they will simply put your child down and pick up another. It's disgusting. The soap next to this counter looks like it belongs in s car shop because it's covered in dirt. The employees will be on their phones, yes this is 100% true, instead of watching the children in their areas. The mix the ages together and have kids in all different rooms. There is another young adult looking child who sleeps in the middle of the floor, assuming to be one of the workers children. You can pack multiple outfits for your child to be changed into yet still pick your child up in dirty clothes covered in food, along with food in their hair. They will not use the crib or cot sheet you pack, even though they say they will. They will put "boppy" pillows and other such items in the crib with your child despite your personal feeling of not wanting it used and THE LAW that makes it illegal. The facility is poorly ran and they do not take proper care of your children. Please do not send your most valuable possessions in life, your children, to this daycare. It is on a busy road and next door to a bar. Can you imagine what could happen if the workers were on their phones and your child got out? PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS FACILITY WITH YOUR KIDS.

The lack of respect for the employees here is hindering their ability to properly care for your children. And its no ones fault but the owner. Her serious lack of leadership has lead her crew to show classic signs of an impending mutiny. This owner will accept children that she does not have the staff or room to support, putting a strain on herself and mostly her employees. Your children could be in the same room with any age 6 months to 12 years, whichh in some situations can be against state regulations put in place for the safety of your children.

The amount going downhill within the establishment is uncanny. Please do not support this poorly run business with your childs attendence. If you care to know more specifics. Look around other review sites. They will all be different yet accurate reviews
