Jim and Tom Strempfer are brothers who grew up realizing a natural mechanical talent. Early in their careers they worked separately for several different types of trucking and construction companies. It was not until 1991 that they decided to form their own business, Fleetmasters, Inc. They started by offering commercial truck repair and preventative maintenance, knowing that they could do a better job than their competitors and with superior customer service.
