i came to trade my sons dsi for store credit which , i was originally told i would be given $75- 80.00 store credit. however when i went to their place of business , i was told i was only allowed $50 store credit, which wouldn't have been such a big deal, if the man that was helping me, wouldn't have been extremely rude, impatient and judgemental. i was asked for my drivers license, while he rolled his eyes in annoyance, because i apparently wasn't going fast enough for the other 0 customers that were waiting. I think that the employees there need to have better customer service skills, and these issues need to be addressed to them,if they want to continue having customers. thank you for your patience.
