These guys talked me into ordering some $200 worth of accessories that were unnecessary. I called to tell them I was returning the parts and they never called back. Finally I made the 1-1/2 hour trip to Windsor, The atmosphere in the office was toxic. Finally Pat handed me an invoice and I asked if this was the full price of the parts. "Yes," he said.

Not until I got home did I notice they'd subtracted $45 for "restocking," or about 25% of the total refund. I called Pat and told him to refund me the full amount or I'd post a review of my experiences.

I've been in the building industry, as a builder and publisher for 50 years, so I'm familiar with lumber yards and bldg. material dealers—which invariably have good customer relations. If I return things to Jacksons or Home Depot , they're going to be on my side, and not try to wring every dollar out of me.

Buyer beware. Find some place else to get your water tanks.
