Avoid this place.

I was told I needed to contact the owner for an interview with my dog since he is part Pitbull Terrier. After leaving multiple voicemails on Belinda's phone and never hearing back I did more research on the company. After reading the horror stories about this place I would never advise a pet owner to leave a dog in their care.

My dog Dylan has been going to woof woof on and off for over 2yrs to play.

While one vacation the onwe Belinda called me and left me a very unprofessional voice mail that now after I been a client for 2 plus years. she is to full to take Dylan a lab, Rhodesian rescue (6yrs) is "Distruptive" to the other dogs because he don't come enough...And asked me NOT to come back...(I feel like the cool kids at the lunch table kicked out me and my dorky doggie :(

Come on I am hair stylist and I work for myself I would love all my clients to come every 4 weeks! But if they don't I don't get rid of them if I am so "busy" I would not let my current clients go, you simply don't take new clients...The best part is I never heard that my dog was disruptive or a hassle to someone who runs a doggie daycare business you would think they could handle him if he was a pain but he really is a pretty chill dog...just very unhappy how unprofessional she handled it..needless to say "we got kicked out" after 2yrs...lol just sounds funny to me that a dog was disruptive at day care really come on...they are excited!

The last time I dropped off my dog I spoke with the owner (who appeared nice at the time) and I was worried that I had called last minute to see if they could take her. She told me don't worry about it, even if we are full we can make room for her. Well, today I just called and was hung up on after being told she didn't even know who my dog was. I called back and she refused to apologize and said that it is a blackout week and if I had checked the website I would have known that. Well "Mrs. Claus", you can go screw because there are plenty of other folks who want my business. Don't give this lady your business!

WE needed doggie day care, so ...

WE needed doggie day care, so called and left voice mail. Never called us back, so we called again. Spoke with owner, who said she would accept dog if we bring it along and he has had his shots. Came there and was refused doggie day care by staff (they said they only cater to 'regulars', whatever that means) which knew nothing about conversation and did not care, so I left. The place did not look very appealing anyway, shabby and crowded. Found really nice doggie care instead and at lower cost. Woof Woof should be avoided if one cares about one's dog and one's valuable time.

I brought my dog there ...

I brought my dog there a few years back for puppy class and during the whole class all we heard was talk about how her daughter was in modeling school (all 10 weeks of class) Sure be proud as a mother but to listen to it every week. Then at the end of the class she gave out 2 free day care passes to all who attended her class. Well I called up to take advantage of my free passes and was told that I couldn’t bring my dog because she was too big and was afraid of other dogs getting hurt. Funny she had no problem taking my money for class or using her for her show and tell during class because of the rear bread she was. Trust me drive the extra 5 miles north on 28.

Took my dogs here for boarding...

Took my dogs here for boarding for a full week. These people really care about the dogs. We got a text to let us know how the dogs were doing and even pictures. It was very nice and made our vacation much more enjoyable knowing our dogs were being taken care of so well. They also require a full day of daycare before you board....at no charge!! You can just tell that they enjoy the animals and love them. I would definitely suggest Woof woof!

I've been taking my dog to Woo...

I've been taking my dog to Woof Woof for years for daycare and boarding. The care she receives has been TERRIFIC. I can leave her for a day or weeks and be confident that she's being well taken care of, loved and safe.

SHOCK COLLARS!?!?!?!?

I brought my dog to daycare to this place and ended up picking him up early one day. ....Come to find out, the owner had instructed her employee to put a SHOCK collar on my dog!!!!!!! ON TOP OF THAT, the employee was told NOT TO TELL THE OWNERS WHAT WAS GOING ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is ABUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This review is simply not true! We would never put a shock collar on a dog and we certainly would never ask an employee to keep anything from a customer! This review was clearly not written by an actual customer. I am not sure what motivated this person to write a slanderous review. We have a video monitoring system that shows and records every area of our business and we can prove this is a lie.

Waste of time

I went in to Woof woof to see what they had to offer for classes. When I walked in the owner Belinda was eating lunch and couldn't be bothered to explain her operation. I am a groomer in the area and when I spoke about my experience with Woof Woof many of my clients were not surprised. They said they had also had simlar disappointment with the facility.

Dear Grr1682, Sorry you felt ignored. If you did indeed come in at lunch time then you should understand as a business owner that even I am entitled to a few minutes to wolf down my lunch. My focus during the day when I am working is on caring for the daycare dogs and it is very difficult to split my attention. I must admit that I find your comments difficult to believe given the fact that no one is allowed to enter the daycare area while we are open and this is done for the safety of the dogs. I also doubt your comment that "many of your clients were not surprised" as we are very respected and have never received a complaint like this before or since your review. I hope this clears up this misunderstanding. Thank you.

caring, knowledgable

I disagree totally with the other reviewer.

We brought out dog Molly to Woof woof for puppy school and occasionally bring her for doggie day care. We find all of the staff to be very caring and committed to the dogs. The owner really knows her stuff. Our dog is much better behaved thanks to Belinda.

Don't waste your money

I should have walked out the day I walked in and had to beg wo employees to give me an application. Then chase them down to give it to them and make sure they took copies of my records. As they walked away I then had to ask for a receipt that they were not happy about giving me. I went to class and was not at all happy or impressed with the onwer's presentation. I was told by several professional people that they have also had similar experiences. I like to give people the benefit of a doubt. The fact that I had left two messages a day since Friday morning and didn't receive a phone call back till Tuesday at 3:30 with a what's up for a greeting is more then an explanation of poor customer service. Then to top it all off I get a far from even trying to compromise never mind fix the situation attitude. Not to mention that the best solution she can come up with is the contract says no refunds. As far as I am concerned the only thibg that was good about Woof Woof is the customer service is constantly horrible. Save your hundred dollars.

It is unfortunate this person chose to air there complaints since we resolved this amicably and fully refunded their money. They signed up and then proceeded to miss their appointments. We offered to allow them to make them up and they refused and demanded a full refund. It is our policy not to refund if the customer is at fault but contrary to her non-comprimising comment we gave them a full refund and parted on good terms.
