I am quite disappointed by the level of service provided by this office. I cannot speak as to the skill of the dentists as we didn't get that far. We had a consultation with Dr. McKnight who was very kind and great with my daughter and the office was very fast to get my daughter in when we had concerns about her spacer (she was a new patient). However, long story short, my daughter needed 3 baby teeth extracted due to overcrowding, one had a deep root so we were referred to an oral surgeon - no problem, but then they were unwilling to do the other two where there was a sense of urgency as she has two permanent teeth coming in sideways underneath. They had cancelled an appointment without telling us, took days to return phone calls, and another time were supposed to call right back and didn't. I was very calm and polite so I don't understand why I was treated this way.

Everyone in this office goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. They are very knowledgeable and are able to explain it in a way that's easy to understand. They work with you to give you the best possible dental health. The office is very clean and comfortable. I've been to places where there is no room to move and this place is spacious.



I'm so happy I finally found a wonderful dentist. Anyone looking for a dentist should at least consider this office.
