I interviewed 6 different contractors for extending a 12' x 14' PT deck on my house that would allow me to install an 8' x 8' hot tub almost 9 feet off the ground. I chose Scott LeMay after careful deliberation and it paid off! I liked the fact that Scott was professional, open to ideas, dedicated to the project, and guaranteed that he would be on site building the deck himself. He is not like other contractors that send out a crew of unknowns to build. Scott built me a 12' x 35' composite deck with vinyl railings and provided all of the engineering to support a 3 ton hot tub. The entire experience was managed professionally and in a timely manner. He provides many options for materials and construction and will do anything in his power to make your own ideas come true. Scott also has a tremendous amount of experience and great vision which contributes to a final product that is second to none. Throughout the project, Scott worked closely with me regarding the design and building of the floor, stairs, railings, and trim. He was also able to keep the cost at a reasonable rate.
