I had a great experience with the Keene location it was an awesome experience I am going to recommend this urgent care center to all my friends thank you all for the experience I had

I've stopped in two years in a row to get my flu shot. It's free! And I don't need to make an appointment. Soooooooo convenient. :)

I was cut badly and wanted to avoid an emergency room so I tried the Windham office.

I was almost immediately taken in and stitched up.

My checkup a few days later and the suture removal a week later went exceptionally well.

Everyone I encountered were professional and compassionate.

I would highly recommend this office.

I would highly recommend this facility. It has the same copay that you would pay at your doctor's office. They doctors and nurses are great and the wait time is reasonable. Much better than going to the ER or waiting all weekend to see the doctor.

Great Experience! This was my first time visiting and I was impressed by the level of service. The waiting room was packed and they were short a doctor, and still provided quality health care in a reasonable time frame!

I definitely recommend this service. They are open convenient hours and are always very courteous. I have only waited an average of 30 minutes from time of arrival to seeing a practitioner.

I like this service. It replaces visits to the ER or to my doctor. They usually turn things over quickly. I would only use for simple things. This summer, I had a tick borne disease and they diagnosed it as a summer flu. Never drew blood. Again, keep it simple!

took my wife for back pain awas pleased with the staff and doctor who saw us. got us in and out in a very short time I recommend this facility for medical help.

I had to go the other day and the staff and doctor I saw was great. I was in and out quickly and received the appropriate medication. I would definitely go back again if needed.

Great place to go! We have been there several times when my kids have been injured during various sports games. They are always professional, courteous and friendly. It is much easier on the budget than the ER and less waiting time to be seen and have most of the services onsite, such as xrays. Definitely a win for everyone!!

I went in because I knew I had strep throat. I have gotten it a few times in the past 2 years. Also, my assistant teacher was out last week with it. I think that the staff is very friendly, its clean, and I like that I was able to get the meds right there. The only downside was how long it took. I will definitely go back in the future if I need medical assistance and my doctor's office is closed.

Extremely unprofessional!!! This review is actually in reference to the experience that I had while trying to become an employer. I submitted my resume on-line to the Merrimack office and received an email from someone wanting to set up a time to talk. I replied with a day and time and waited for them to reply but they never did. I then emailed the person again and she replied apologizing that she didn't get back to me before and again asked me for a convenient time that we could talk. I replied and waited for a response and never received a response or a phone call from her. I then applied to the Windham office and once again received an email from someone different this time asking if we could set up a time to talk. I replied and actually got a response back this time. So when the day and time came I waited for the phone call. When I received the (late) phone call there was static on the line and I couldn't hear anyone on the other end. I immediately received an email from that person saying that she tried calling and that there was a technical problem. She said that she was going into a meeting and asked me if there was another time that would work for me. I replied and never received a response back. I then researched and found the phone number to the Chief Executive Officer, Max Puyanic. When I explained my experience to him he said that he wasn't surprised that this happened because their recruiting system is a mess. He told me to email him my resume and that he would forward it to the appropriate person. I did so and never heard anything back. By this point I've come to the conclusion that I would NOT want to work for this company nor would I want to even be a patient!!!

Very Friendly Staff, Impeccably Clean, way better than the ER.

Great experience. No waiting. Friendly and professional staff. My son needed a few stitches on the weekend and I was so glad to have found them. They take almost every insurance! Way cheaper then emergency room and less stressful. I would highly recommend this walk in medical clinic.
