I bought a ford escape from Emoji Auto Sales & Detail i received a gift certificate for there mobile detail service to come to my home or office and give my car a full complete interior and exterior detail.
I will not have to use this card anytime soon. my escape look brand new when
i bought it.

I am giving the emoji auto sales and detail team a five star for helping me to buy a Ford F250 earlier this year which has been in great shape since I got it and has served me quite perfectly. Plus the customer service of the team while I did business with them was top notch! They helped me in understanding and signing all the paperwork that was involved in the deal.

I do NOT recommend Emoji Auto Sales to anyone unless they want to deal with complete unprofessionals that will end up wasting your time.

After calling and inquiring about a truck, I was told that they would be emailing me more information on the vehicle (it never happened). I decided to drive an hour away to look at a truck and when I arrived I was told that the truck was being "checked" to make sure it was running good and I was unable to see it.

I was then told that they would be sending me an email with a link so i can complete the finance application for this truck. I waited until the next day and I had to contact them via phone for them to send. Once filled out, I was told I would get a call a "noon" after the application was reviewed. That call never happened so I contacted them instead.

After all the hassle Emoji Auto Sales made me go through, when I called I was told that the truck was already sold. They made me waste all that time an effort because they simply chose not to mention the fact that someone else was in the process of purchasing this truck. They just wanted me as a safety net in case the first customer walked out on it....AT THE EXPENSE OF MY TIME!!

Emoji Sales doesn't even deserve a 1 star review....they are complete UNPROFESSIONALS and DO NOT have the interest of the customer.

There are challenges that we are overcoming; such as limited staffing and in the near future we will ensure that customers receive the attention that they need.
