A young lady was sitting in the waiting room with her baby and the baby was crying. Instructor Ciara Keyes told the lady "if you cant keep him quite, you will have to take him outside". This lady and her baby were the only ones in the waiting room and it was very cold outside. Very rude and unprofessional. I have never heard of an establishment threatening to kick a baby out because he was crying. They were not bothering anyone. They were both in their seats. I dont really understand. No one, not even the receprionist made any complaints.
