In response to Jeremiah K... We purchased a geothermal business from a man purporting to be honest. The business was not delivered as promised and it was costing us money to keep that division open. We decided not to do Geothermal any more except for the ones we personally installed. The system in question was installed by the former owner, not by us. He expected us to honor a warranty on pumps that we had nothing to do with. As to his claim of no difference in circulator pumps, Geothermal pumps are internally coated with epoxy to protect them from the oxygen that is present in the water. Anyone that is in this business and does not know that is a fool.

Excellent , prompt, friendly service technicians , reasonable prices and they are honest !!!! The wife and I have been using Yeager's since we've bought our house in 2014. No complaints at all ....... all around good people.....

I am appalled, I have NEVER been cussed out by a business owner!

I had to call three days in a row before the owner even came in to work. I was trying to let her know that her employee showed up... said Yeagers didn't to geothermal work (even though their website says they do) gave my wife a business card for a competitor and left. I thought it was odd and wanted to make the business owner aware this was happening. Once I finally reached her she became very condescending and she lied to me telling me that circulation pumps for geothermal systems are different than a boiler system. I didn't know she was lying until I did the job myself, removed 4 bolts, and 3 wires, took the pump to Penstan to match it. He told me that there is NO difference in pumps as the business owner claimed. I was able to complete the job myself for $100 in under an hour... and a professional HVAC contractor was unwilling.

Not sure how they are still in business, but I would NEVER recommend their service... EVER.
