The apartmetn we live in has a leaky roof. Anytime it rains more that a sprinkle for more than one day we have water pouring in our bedroom. Everytime it happens I call our landlord who calls guy roofing. they come out mess around on the roof for awhile, once you finally get a hold of them and not the answering machine. They say it is fixed and the landlord calls and says roofs all fixed. Six months later the roof is leaking again.



They have "fixed the roof" 4 times at least in the past 2 years only to have it leak again the next time it rains. Don't waste your time call a real roofer.
