This place is AWESOME. My parents have been going here for years, and don't have a single bad word to say about them!

I went today for four tires. I'm quite dumb when it comes to car-related stuff and the lady was very kind and patient with me. I was in and out in roughly twenty minutes, paying a fraction of what I would anywhere else.

I don't know why anyone would rate this place as anything less than five stars, but they're crazy to have done so and it's probably more because of personal issues than anything wrong with the service.

Instead of throwing your money at a big company who could probably care less about you and your needs, support a small business filled with people who truly care about your satisfaction!

This has been the most frustrating experience. I called on a Wednesday and was told that they had several sets of tires that would fit my truck. I made the 30mile drive on Saturday only to find out that they had only 1 set that were in worse condition than one that I have on my truck. I was told that they had a couple 'new' sets in storage and was asked to call back on Monday after they had more staff there to get them out. I called Monday and was told that they still had not found the tires. I called back Tuesday only to be told the same thing and Wed I left MY number and was told that they'd get back to me but they never did. I called the following Friday only to be told that they still only had the worn set and the gentleman I spoke with said he had 'no idea why I'd been told that they have tires that would fit my truck'. If you don't have them then fine, just tell me. Don't lie to me and lead me on thinking that you have something that you don't.

Sounds like a good deal on tires but I had a lot of questions about buying used tires and I guess all of my questions got on the lady's nerves because she didn't bother to put me on hold and I could hear her being rude about me calling again...at least put the line on hold if you are going to run your customer in the ground. Needless to say her customer service skills made me turn to another company.

my favorite tire place its a decent distant and its not like strict buisnness there i can be myself kinda

i love this place it would be a shame if anybody ever tried to take it down id be sad if your an rjj tire guy keep on going :{

a good place that gets you exactly what tires you need i would definately recommend it

Great prices. the only thing that concerned me is that while putting on one of my tires, they stripped 2 of my lug nut stems on the same tire. They would not fix or replace, Their error was put on me to repair. It ended up costing me an extra $100. to get it fixed. So actually I didnt save any money at all.

These people are nice and thay have very good tires. The prices are good and all thay need now is there hours on yellow page. LOVE THIS PLACE I HAVE TOLD ALOT OF PEOPLE ABOUT THIM>
