Took a ring I bought here when every other store said sizing was impossible. They did an amazing job and it got perfectly. Not only was the craftsmanship really good but they were very friendly and happy to help anyway they could.

Had a wedding band resized, practically on the spot. Work was done on site, within 90 minutes. Richard described what he was going to do to increase the ring size from 10 to 11, what might go "wrong" and how he would proceed if the ring cracked. The ring did crack, but the repair is nearly invisible. Quality work. Super turn around time, and the price was very reasonable. He also cleaned my wife's rings. A small shop in the downtown walking mall, definitely a keeper.
