Provided by YP.comThey double charge for trips - don't stock parts so they charge you twice - it's a flat rate so if they are there for 5 minutes its $125 - paid in advance.
Don't honor basic warranties.
Argue with the customer about when parts were purchased to avoid the warranty.
NEVER DEAL WITH THEM EVER EVER.
