This review is long overdue. a few months ago my water heater exploded and damaged the walls in my garage which leaked into my closet in the stairs. I immediately started calling around to fix the problem. I am a veteran with PTSD and having people at my house is hard for me especially when I don't know them personally. the night they brought the fans in to start drying I had an episode over a simple problem that I completely overreacted to. I yelled at the gentlemen working and was very rude. David was a strict professional and showed some of the best understanding to me that I have ever seen. The work this company did was better than the repairs I had received two months earlier when my kitchen sink exploded. I would recommend this company and do it to everyone I know could use water repair and restoration. DON'T CALL ANYONE ELSE CALL H2O RESTORATION there is no better service, quality of work or professionalism that I have seen in any other company. These guys are amazing and David sets the standard of customer service that everyone wants in a company. Thank you H20 your company is the best.

The technician was friendly and very helpful in explaining everything to me and completing the work on a timely basis. I had a flood in my home it was horrible there was water everywhere i was in a panic so i called a friend of mine and she referred me to H2o Restoration so i called there local office and they answered right away took my information and i had a technician at my door in 40 minutes he was very polite and helped me file a claim with my insurance thank you H2o Restoration for helping me with this nightmare
