Reedy Plumbing did a Master Bathroom re-do for us when our shower pan failed and we had to gut the shower / tile area and we decided to do the whole room at the same time. Reedy plumbing spent a lot of time listening / discussing what we wanted, showing us options on hardware, maximizing our budget with tile choices and layout, and discussing the project every step of the way. They also discovered an unknown leak behind the vanity - which they showed us, discussed costs and how it would be repaired. We liked the team so much we added in an upgraded toilet to the guest bath and a kitchen faucet upgrade. Be prepared to wait - good people are busy and we wanted the work completed once they started. They guarantee their work, so a short punch list was addressed as promised. We appreciated seeing the owner and the same team members working on the job until completion. If you're looking for reliable plumbers with a good eye for tile work and who listen to the clients wishes carefully AND back their work - we recommend them highly.

We met with Clint for 2 bath room remodle projects and we were told we would hear from him in 2 days with a estimate. That was the first week of June. We have sent emails and phone calls but no reply and it is the end of August. Poor customer service and no follow up. Very disapointed with this company.

Reedy plumbing will be the only plumber I call as long as I live in Florida. You just can't get better value than that provided by the expert service technicians at Reedy.

I had an emergency on a Friday after 5:00. I called Reedy plumbing and they were at my house within 30 minutes. The plumber on call was wonderful. I am a new home owner in the area and he took the time to explain everything that was wrong and how is had to be repaired. He went above and beyond to explain everything in detail. I couldn't be happier with this company. This is service way beyond what I was expecting. It reminded me of the days when service was important and the customer was the first priority. I will call Reedy for any future service I require with house plumbing. If all of your service people are as pleasant and informed as Clint P. then all of your customers are in good hands! It's been 4 months and we are still waiting for the CORRECT shower drip rail to be installed. The wrong one was initially installed then the wrong one ordered. I then showed them how and where to order the correct one over a month ago and STILL waiting!

I've used Reedy Plumbing for 10 years now and wouldn't consider calling anyone else. From a total bathroom overhaul to everyday plumbing issues, they've done a stellar job. I called at 08:30 am for an issue with shower and Brian was here by 10:30 the same day. He analyzed the problem, explained the solution and quickly fixed the water flow problem. Very knowledgeable, well organized, concerned with insuring I was satisfied with his work Would call Reedy again without hesitation. BTW they also install tankless water heaters. I'll let you know how that goes, if I decide to change out my water heater!

I had trouble with the showers in my master bath. Prompt and professional, the service was excellent. It was completed on time with quality craftsmanship, despite issues with parts from a prior vendor. I would not hesitate to contact them for all future plumbing needs.
