Without a doubt Richard is the go to guy when it comes to above ground pools and spa. mi opinion. Drove for an hour and it was well worth it.received a first class service and walked away with a great bargain. Richard is very knowledgeable and you get the feeling you've known him for years..overall extremely satisfied with the service and Pool.. Thank you Richard!!

I am still in awe of the great place this is. Steven was the best from our first phone conversation to our parting handshake!!
Since last summer we have been trying to find an above ground pool for our summer camp in upstate NY. All were sold out up there and this year not promising any as production shut down due to covid. I goggled above ground pool down here (We are snowbirds in Fort Pierce) and Steven answered at Rec Pools and he found for us the pool package we were looking for!
He was AMAZING! (Also the young guy who loaded up our truck!)

Great selection of spas at Rec Pool and Spa. Mike showed me several models and helped me choose a perfect spa for my back patio. No pressure, very friendly staff. I shopped several places and found they had the most features and the best prices. I highly recommend this company.

Ok, so its been a year and its about time I write a review and I will keep it short.
I bought the spa from Rec Spa and Pool at a home show. My wife wanted a spa for many years and now it was her anniversary. I let her pick it out and negotiate it, and of course, she went top of the line. They treated her great and she was so excited. They made the purchase easy with no BS and easy payment terms. Their installation people were great, as was their recommended electricians (more like outstanding). Great purchase and the owner Mike Hanson and his right hand man Ed, are great to deal with.
So now a year later........................... I have had a couple of minor and one major problem with the spa. Their service was always impeccable and was usually completed within a few days. No arguments, just fixed (parts replaced) in a timely manner. Nego, the service tech is tops in my book. So take it from me, these guys are great and both my family and my neighbors love the spa.

The worse company service.

The stress that this company creates have no limit.

REC POOLS AND SPAS said on Saturday 6/28/14 They do not remember stating this: On Friday, June 27, 2014 1:25 PM?

Now they are saying: "Your pool cleaner parts and pool installation manual for your permit are boxed and ready to go out Monday" (6/30/14).

I guess James has done well in teaching everyone how to hinder.

About enjoying the pool...because there is no Word in your company and/or associates on when they would deliver, we have the ladder (for exchange) in stand by since Friday @ 8:00 am, waiting to be picked up. Therefore NO ONE is "enjoying" anything; just WAITING...

The chemicals have been wasted, the weekend gone, and this people keep changing their minds, enjoying themselves with the suffering of others. The pool is incomplete, over a month and we still waiting...

You have to go there! We went thinking we might want a spa. Charlie asked what we might be looking for. He had exactly what we didn't know we wanted. Lol. We asked questions...he gave us answers. No sales pitch. They have a nice showroom from small spas to large ones and patio furniture that is great. Needless to say we left buying a spa. They delivered it and set it up for us. Everyone we dealt with was extremely nice and knowledgable. Charlie even called a week later to make sure everything was alright. You don't find that kind of customer care at most places these days. Good experience!

The show room was huge and the staff was super friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone that I know.
