The work is execelent employees are all professonals.The dry cleaner was trained in NY at the dry cleaning association.He has been cleaning for over thirty years.There are times a customer will ask for an item a day early after they are already in the system.The volume they do requires a system.So that beginning date can have hundreds of pieces already going therewith the next day right behind it instead of just being told no or treated rudely the system of the line should be explained or shown.Hundreds of pieces would need to be gone though at each station.Best thing to do is call early the day due.Each day is tried to be ready by that day not during that day. Please be patient and polite know sugar and honey.The workers put in crazy hours .Most stay because of the economy not the pay, which is just enough to get though the week and tied to the job.None of that effects the pride they take in their work.
