Kaouds Carpets has unbelievable quality and customer service. I told Fred Kaoud my budget and color scheme and he helped me find the most gorgeous carpets for my home. I ordered custom cut room rugs with a hardwood floor border, stairway runners, and wall to wall carpet. One of my rooms was even a very odd shape. Measurements and installation were done quickly and professionally and the end result was perfect. I was beyond pleased. I highly recommend Kaoud Carpets!!

Kaouds Carpets & Rugs has earned my business from the moment I stepped into the store. Professional, informative, and passionate about their business and rugs! Large selection inventory of new rugs, custom and antique rugs. Great local family business that has been a pillar of the community since 1954! They handle rug repairs, cleaning, and padding. Fred Kaoud Jr works with ASID members to help build business relationships by providing knowledge and expertise on types of rugs, care instructions, and catering to the customers needs.

I just had wall- to- wall carpet installed in our family room purchased from Kaouds. What a difference! I had used them for purchasing an oriental rug in the past but saw that they have a vast collection of wall to wall carpets. I wanted to give a fresh, clean and modern look for this room. They have a wide selection of sisal, jutes, and other contemporary styles. Joanne Kaoud and Fred, her brother, were fabulous! I was in the store for hours looking and Joanne also came to my home. She wanted to make sure I was certain with this major purchase.

I can't say enough about the quality of the product and the service from Kaouds in Wilton. I highly recommend them for your next purchase.

Superb expertise and cordiality. I have had several fine oriental & persian rugs repaired & cleaned by Kaoud Bros. Their job was always first class, spotless. The rugs were restored to an excellene condition. I wouldn't deal with anyone else. I would highly recommend this business to anyone interested in having fine rugs. Simply superb!

These guys are great. We had 5 Persian rugs cleaned by them and they look terrific. They are so knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and they respond to emails. I'd give them 5 stars. This is the only company I'd use to have Persian/Asian rugs cleaned.

We recently purchased rugs for our home through Kaoud's of Wilton to be placed in our kitchen, living room, hall entranceway and an upstairs bedroom. The staff is terrific! They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We were not pressured into purchasing beyond our budget and their assistance was terrific. One of the owners even came to our home to take measurements so that we would be assured that our purchases would have proper dimensions. I would enthusiastically recommend Kaoud's of Wilton.

After many years of use, I recently decided to have my oriental rug cleaned. I was a little nervous as I'd never had it cleaned before and it was in less than pristine condition. I did some research and finally decided on Kaoud Carpets & Rugs in Wilton. I would highly recommend them! They were extremely knowledgeable and have excellent customer service. On top of that, they did a wonderful job with my rug. It looks beautiful! I will definitely use them again in the future.

We recently moved into a new home in Wilton,CT. I went to Kaoud to buy some oriental rugs but found out that they do a lot more than just that -- including carpet and installation. We were so impressed by the many beautiful, quality choices at Kaoud and the extraordinary service there that we ended up doing area rugs as well as our foyer stairs, hallway and back stairs and wall-to-wall carpeting in our bedrooms.



The quality of service that Kaoud provides to their customers is truly unique! There were so many things about this family owned and operated business that impressed us -- I just have to list them:



- We saw carpet at another store that Kaoud didn’t have – they quickly found it for us and gave it to us at a better price.

- Fred Kaoud Jr. personally visited our home more than once to take a look at our spaces and colors and offered solutions ranging from type of carpet to layouts and sizing

- Their incredibly friendly and hard-working staff brought area rugs to our home so we could actually try them in the rooms until we got it right

- They were consistently excellent at communicating with us the schedules for delivery and installation every step of the way

- When we had a problem with one area of installation they promptly sent the installer out to fix the rug and even fixed an area of rug that we had previously installed by someone else at no extra charge

- When our guest bedroom carpet couldn’t be installed exactly on schedule because of a problem with the manufacturer – they went above and beyond to lend us a gorgeous wool area rug of even higher quality over the holidays

- They were diligent about checking in with us after each installation to make sure that we were happy and even sent us a thank you gift and card for our business



We feel confident that if there were ever a problem with anything, they would bend over backwards to help us even years down the line – that’s just the kind of operation they run there. It is so nice to work with a business today that provides such personal attention and a sense of confidence about their product and service – we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for rugs or carpet!
