I queried the length of time a service was taking, and the costs associated with servicing and three weeks later after having a pleasant conversation with someone at their office was terminated suggesting that it was "adversarial" (their word not mine) to ask those kind of questions.
I went somewhere else and have been paying half as much, for a much better and more inclusive service.
They unwittingly did me a favor.
