I will NEVER shop at this store again! The staff was rude and not willing to work with me to exchange a pair of shoes I was given for Christmas, even though I live out of town and drove all the way there. I love supporting small stores and businesses and will continue to support all the wonderful stores in Wilson, except this one. I have also shared my poor experience with friends and other businesses in Wilson.

My mom bought my sister in law some shoes from this store during Christmas. My sister in law does not live near Wilson so its hard for her to come since she works. She tried exchanging the shoes 2 (TWO) business days after the deadline and they would not budge. This is very disappointing as my mom goes in this store quite often. They have now lost some valuable business and word of mouth on stuff like this goes far! Think about customer service!

Before the older ladies sold this place I used to love to shop the shoes and botique style clothing. After switching hands I had my first encounter. It was not bad but the girls have something to learn in great customer service especially when they sell expensive shoes. If you want your doors open you offer great hospitality. Simple as that. Have had better and have had worse.
