Modern Sales and Construction Company ( MOSACO ) was founded in 1944 in Wilmington, Ohio in service of farm and grain storage clients. With the gradual acceptance of pre-engineered structures in the early 1960's, the industrial and commercial markets became the major source for business. Serving a mostly rural area in those early years, the need for design capabilities became apparent and MOSACO naturally evolved into the full service design/build firm it is today. As one of the oldest steel builders in the country, MOSACO has made major contributions to the development of Southwestern Ohio. MOSACO has erected more than 850 buildings with combined roof coverings of more than 7 million square feet. Following a 60 year association with the former Armco / Steelox Building Systems, MOSACO is proud to be building new partnerships with both Butler Building Systems and Duro-Last Roof Systems.
