Caring beyond the $

When I lost my job at DHL, I fell behind on my rent. They worked with me so I could keep my unit until I got back on my feet. Thank you A-1 Storage for the help!

Mouse droppings everywhere!

Stored my stuff for 2 months. Went to get something out and there were mouse droppings everywhere. Got no help from the owner. No offer to move to another unit, no discount, no nothing. Was told to get my sh*t out after I raised my concern with the owner. As if I planned on keeping my belongings in a place where mice can climb around all over it! Wouldn't advise using these people. What they could do to better their customer service is offer solutions to problems and be courteous and respectful to the needs of their tenants when they encounter problems. "There's nothing I can do" is not an acceptable answer.
