Consistent care every time for both of my kids. All of the providers are great. Everyone I have spoken to communicates promptly and clearly in the office and on the phone. If I have ever waited "too long"/beyond 15 minutes, it was with the confidence my children would get the same great care as those before them and that we would have the time we needed too. The office is clean, lovely, comfortable and kid-friendly. Not scary and impersonal. Work-ins when my child(ren) have been sick have always been seamless. No complaints after four-plus years.

I have been taking all 4 of my children to this office since the birth of my fourth child. They are very fast at seeing us and getting us out. Most of the times, we have more than one child that has to be seen and they are still quick to get us in and out. All of the doctors take care to answer all of the questions I have had and spend time with us andmake us feel very important. The practice is small so you will not be shuffled through lots of doctors. I would recommend this practice to anybody who is looking for a group of extremely nice and informative doctors!

I've used this practice for my three children for over 3 years. All physicians and staff are kind and compassionate. They take the time to answer any questions. Physicians seem knowledgeable. I have no trouble getting same day sick visits. The children are weighed every visit. On well check ups the kids have their hearing and vision checked as well as weight and height. The office is in an older building and although renovated still looks a little different than newer offices. Perhaps that's why the previous reviewer thought it was dirty. It has a homelike atmosphere.

The practice is smaller than many so you aren't seeing a new physician every visit.

The worst Dr's office we have ever been to. They made us wait for 90 minutes and then the room my daughter was examined in was dirty. They didn't even measure her or start any charts. It was the first time we were there. The next time we came we were 15 minutes late because of a traffic accident on 3rd st. and they refused to see us. We now go to a Dr. in Leland who is wonderful. Take our advice and avoid this office if at all possible.
