They lady I talked to was somewhat friendly but I hate when they talk to other associates about you in another language. Also she lied to me. I wanted to buy a computer so I told her the few things I needed it to have. She said the one she recommended had a disk drive and when she put it on the counter to ring me up, I asked her to show me how to open it. She said u have to do it from the screen. When I got home I searched the entire computer and there was no way to open it, so I looked up the model online and found out it doesnt even come with a disc drive! I am going to take it back today and they better give me my money back or a good computer that actually has what they say it has!! They are awful!

Very helpful and curtious. Never liked shopping at pawn shops most make you feel like a criminal or low life. Picasso's employees are top notch.
