First impression sad to say, when I walked into the establishment, outside no curb appeal, the sign is OLD, not kept up, inside: the entrance, broken windows, walk in the door and the floors, cabinets and rugs look unpolished, not vacuumed and the woodwork unwashed and unpolished. The set up could look a bit better for a company that specializes in providing beautiful settings for special events. The area that the owners work in look horrible, not professional, and then there is a hanging curtain that is suppose to separate the show room from the work area that looks dirty. I've been in there and have seen the owner go off multiple time on his employees, its shameful to see someone be so degrading to employees. I do have to have the shining light there is Ashley. She is sweet and helpful and has always been pleasant to work with, for that reason alone, I go to her. It's sad to see Mr. Michael Jr be so nasty.........It embarrassed me as a customer, and I was not even behind the curtain, where he thinks no one can hear him....shameful and very condescending.

We had a special event and needed tables. They delivered as promised and picked up at the time promised. They went out of there way to work with us over a three week rental period. Great job!
