I will never ever shop at once upon a child again. The staff was rude threw the bag of items I purchased at me told me to hurry up and move on, even though there was no body behind me at the counter. So I wrote an email complaint to the home office and waited to go back, hoping that my experience there would change, not so this time. I tried to consign forgetting that I had messed up and put the same email I used to complain to the home office and they refused 3 boxes full of items that fit the criteria to be bought by the store and threw, yes, THREW them at me told me to get out.
