I was having my bathroom remodeled when it came to a sudden halt. The comody was broken somehow down inside the floor. I called JS Mintz Co. They were at my home within 2 hours, fixed and installed the comode and was gone within an hour. They were courtesy, professional and thank God, so knowledgeable. I do appreciate their promptness. I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone and be proud to do so. Thank you JS Mintz for a great job!

I was quoted "tops $500" and billed $850 to replace a water heater that was under warranty. They brought the wrong heater and charged me drive time to go back and pick up the correct water heater ($125/hour). I was never given a call to say that the bill would be higher than quoted, yet when the bill came and I questioned it, I was given a very generic invoice which reflected that everything is billed at $125/hour, including drive time (and due to their errors) and time it takes to fill out paperwork for the warranty company that they are appointed to represent. This is a classic case of milking the customer. I am a small business owner myself and would never treat a patient this way. I would never use this company again or recommend them based on pure principal.

They were very nice and knew what they were doing. when they got to our house they did exactly what they were supposed to do.
