I would not suggest anyone waste their time with this overpriced joint that is run by ignorant uneducated "salesmen"

i have a service dog that i am supposed to take everywhere. i went to this store with my elderly grandmother. the man there was rude to her when she asks questions. he also made me leave with my dog because he had a vicious pit running to us from behind the open counter. he had no leash. also when i was standing there holding my dog he did not hold his dog back. he yelled at my grandmother to hold his dog back while i left with mine. SERIOUSLY?!!!! THUMBS DOWN. everything there was too over priced. their was a bubbler for 76$ and i got the same exact one from a different head shop for only 22$. never going back. sticking to smoke rings and up in smoke.

Look at the dates on all the negative reviews. They all were posted on the same date obviously by the same person. I like this shop honestly and I am always treated good when I pay them a visit. Huge selection for water pipes, Kratom, tobacco etc. Take these reviews with a grain of salt, visit the store, and make the decision on wether it sucks or not on your own and not based on these reviews.

Ordered wholesale from us, COD. Refused COD & said he did not order our ejuices. Poor customer service on the phone, called our account manager an old lady. =(

I agree the customer service is as weak as their kratom. If you're in ilm and want some dank kratom call my supplier 910 264-1263 tell her Aaron referred you.

These people are dumb as rocks, just visited new location and wasn't impressed. Girl knew nothing about tobacco and was on the phone the whole time. Amateurs.

It amazes me that an owner of a business would leave a pimply faced teenager in charge who has no clue as to the products or customer service. Way overpriced too. Avoid like the plague.

I think this is one of the best places in town for cigarettes and the price is definitely one of the lowest- owner has always been nice to me - and I love the dog!

Owner of this establishment needs to learn how to treat customers better. Expect to get rudely yelled at and quickly pushed into buying something when you go in. I will never buy anything from this crummy joint ever again. I hope that the owner sees this and realizes its not cool to be a jerk and treat people like garbage
