Jae's Alteration Shop is now under new management. The new owners are very nice and strive on making their customers happy. I assure you the turn around time is much faster and you will be pleased with the work done.

When I started using this alteration shop I was pleased with the work and turn around time. In the last year I liked the work well enough to have spent 3,000.00 with her.



Unfortunatly over the last 4 months things have changed. I took her 9 new suits to alter and 8 needed rework. She measured the sleeves correctly and gave me a rather far out completion date. When the date arrived, only 1 piece was ready fro pick up. It took her 3 more weeks to complete the alterations (sleeves, suspender buttons and cuffs) and non of the sleeves were done correctly, in fact they were all inches shorter thean they should have been. I am now into this horror 8 weeks and she still owes me 1 suit.



The work was less than professional and the dates the materials were promised came and went. Jae is a pleasant woman but I think she sells snake oil.
