Established in 1997, Holly Tree Elementary School is affiliated with New Hanover County Schools and is located in Wilmington, N.C. The school offers academic programs in kindergarten through grade five. It has an enrollment of more than 500 students and offers classes in a variety of subjects, such as English, math, social studies, basic skills, reading, writing, vocabulary, speech, and physical and health education. In addition, the school provides various programs in art, music, theatricals and sports. It also provides meal, health and transportation services to students. The school maintains a parent-teacher organization and school council. Holly Tree Elementary School organizes various extracurricular activities, including the Parent Picnic, Halloween Parade and Red Ribbon Week.
