I was charged $210.00 for electrical and mechanical permits when the county only charged them $85.00 (this fee included inspections); I was charged $250.00 for what they called "an electrical upgrade" which amounted to two small fuses that, as the inspector was to discover, were actually installed in the wrong place. These are just two examples among many that highlight my agonizing experience. Before you decide to go with them make sure you have an itemized breakdown of all the expenses with detailed explanations of what they call "up-charges" and tell them you'll need to see invoices for all materials required for the installation. I trusted them. That was an expensive mistake.
