This dunkin donuts has refused to serve a cancer patient because they were to busy putting donuts on a tray and left the customers to nothing...... We got there at about 10:30 pm the store was closed i was burning up after radiation and needed something cold to drink. the store was closed but the drive thru is open 24 hrs. we went thru the drive thru and noticed 2 people inside putting donuts on the trays i knocked on the window she looked up and kept putting donuts on the trays next i used the box under the window and said hey can i be helped please im a cancer patient and need something cold to drink please, she again looked up and continued to ignore us so i knocked again and still nothing.. I wrote to the main office about this and recieved a nasty call from what she said was a manager which i have kept. then i recieved a letter from the owner saying nothing like he didnt even read my complaint. here is the owners and my responce.....
