Later one evening, after their technician replaced a part, my washing machine would no longer spin/drain. I called the following morning (Tuesday) asking for them to come out and repair the issue (at least the machine ran before the part replacement). In spite of the situation they would not add me to their schedule for that day's repairs (in addition, I explained my wife was preparing to visit a 3rd world country for volunteer work, and I just needed to wash her clothes). When I sought an explination why they chose not to schedule me, the secretary and the owner could only recite: we only service that area on Monday and Wednesdays.

When I asked why they wouldn't help, considering the appliance was worse after their technician touched it, they only repeated the policy. Their demeoner only worsened over the course of the call. Never was there an appology. Never was there an ounce of compassion for my predictament.

They didn't stop with mere apathy. The secretary yelled at me to the effect of, "Tomorrow, take it or leave it!" When I asked to speak with someone that wouldn't yell at their customers, I was transfered to the owner. She explained that I could sit on hold for eight hours if I like, but she wouldn't help me that day. When I asked rhetorically, "Are you kidding me? That's how you speak with your customers," she yelled to the effect, "Does it sound like I'm joking?!" She hung up on me.

I am greatly offended by the owner's lack of professionalism and courtesy.

My refrigerator stopped working. I called Appliance Service Company in a panic and they quickly set me up for service that same day! The technician came out found it was going to be a simple repair. He even had the part on his truck & had it fixed right away. I am very pleased with this company. Their prices & customer service are the best I have encountered in a long time!
