Did not like their business philosophy.I got a proposal which I approved.The clause was 30% deposit which was mentioned as non-refundable.To protect myself, I put the condition that the deposit should be refunded if the work is not done.They did not like this condition to refund in case they did not do the work and they cancelled the contract What kind of business ethics is this?
