Customers who quickly find what they need with no other aid than that provided by extant signs posted over aisles or department areas (only two indicated - Pharmacy services and Cosmetics/Health and beauty) will fare best here--staff help usually remains unavailable or slow to arrive. Pharmacists, if and when on duty, are excellent; the same might not be so, by contrast, for their aides(beware!). Out-of-area visitors must be aware and wary of this store and pharmacy's 6PM closure on Saturdays - hardly any difference from the pharmacy's 8AM-6PM weekday schedule of operation but noticeably more brief than the store's 8(or earlier)AM-8PM period of weekday operation. There is no Sunday or holiday service here; all must then use Rite Aid's 2034 New Castle Ave., New Castle, 683 Naamans Rd./N'towne. Plza. Shop. Ctr., Claymont, or 3801 J. Market St., Wilmington, Stores and Pharmacies for full, conveniently-accessible "all-weekend-long" service.

I tried to exchange a ten pk. of battries I picked up aaa but needed aa, and the cashier

accused me of picking them up in the store. I lost my receipt in the wind last wk. But I

just wanted AA instead of AAA.
