I'm sorry for the people who had a bad experience. I had a wonderful large apartment in Trolley Square at a 1/3 of the price of other apartments in the area. For me AJ was quick to respond to issues and not at all overbearing. He made me feel like it was my own home within reason and I respected that.
When I had to get out of my lease early when I had to relocate for work, he was understanding and asked if he could show the apartment to new prospective tenants before I moved out.
I couldn't ask for much more. It was a wonderful experience and I always recommend giving him a call.

DO NOT RENT you will regret it! He went thru my mail opening whatever he wanted, every thing leaked there was a huge puddle every time it rained, he never fixed anything dirty dirty dirty mice everywhere the town came and he never even fixed the repairs - slumlord!
