I planned on having Pats for dinner tonight...I call and ask the man in the phone what the specials were. He read them off and I chose the two large cheese pizzas. Then he very quickly says thank you. (Not, will that be all. Not, is your address such and such. Not even your total is...! No nothing!! Just thank you???)I wasn't finished I said and very ignorantly he says Well go 'head! I said you know what...and he hangs the phone up.

Attention Employees...If you're answering the phone at Pats, it is your JOB to take the customers order. If you don't like your JOB someone else will gladly take your place.

ATTENTION MANAGEMENT..Please train your employees proper phone etiquette and how to better interact with PAYING customers. The sad thing is...this guy probably was the manager lol.

I will never order from Pats on Lancaster Ave again.

And I had to rate 1star in order for this review to process...I'd prefer to choose ZERO STARS!

Choose another Pat's they may be better!! Although this location is good on time, they are not good when it comes to price VR quantity!! They charge you extra for things such as cheese and only give you a small cap full for $2.00!! or corn nuggets that are smaller than a quarter and charge you 6.00 for a tiny order!! You should be ashamed of yourself PATS on LANCASTER AVENUE!!! Not ordering from here again!!!

Check out there lunch specials are good in price and the worker are all nice and friendly its like being part of the family... Go check it out...
