Founded in 1830, Mount Pleasant High School offers a range of learning and academic programs. It has an enrollment of more than 1,000 students in grades nine through 12. The school provides a variety of academic courses that include math, science, technology, social studies, computer applications, English, and physical and health education. It also offers International Baccalaureate diploma courses. Its library offers reference books, research guides, and news and online magazines. The school also organizes various sport activities, such as baseball, lacrosse, soccer, softball, tennis, basketball, swimming, wrestling, and track and field. Mount Pleasant High School is located in Wilmington, Del., and is a part of the Brandywine School District.
