the dishwasher i bought was defective and they are giving me the runaround about replacing it! and they keep saying the will call me and they never do and i even called the head office,

Recently, I endured a more than two month ordeal with this store. I paid for garage doors that I never got. Instead, I was given the run around and headache upon headache in phone calls that went no where. The store backed out on the estimate it gave me, AFTER I PAID. It was so bad that the installer they contracted contacted me out of the blue and told me to call the store because they had the order wrong! In the end, I still have no new garage doors and I am waiting for the refund I was promised!
